I have always had a passion for old buildings and a keen interest in historical research. Cape Town Properties has enabled me to turn my passion and hobby into a growing business. The experience I gained from writing, researching and putting together my book on the early architectural history of Observatory (Wheatfields & Windmills, self-published in 2014), has inspired me to start this business, something I’m very excited about.
I have had a great response from my clients so far, who have included owners of old houses in Oranjezicht, Green Point, Observatory, Gardens, Muizenberg and Fresnaye, among other areas in the Cape Peninsula. So if you own an old or historic house or property and would like to find out more about its history (including previous owners, maps and images), I’m your man!
I look forward to hearing from you...
