PRABOA is dedicated to maintaining and enhancing the Parkhurst suburb for all its stakeholders, encompassing residents and businesses alike. Our funding is derived solely from membership fees, donations, and proceeds from special projects.

As a volunteer-driven organisation, we function as the fourth tier of government, bridging the gap between Parkhurst’s ratepayers, residents, businesses, and the authorities of the City of Johannesburg.
