We have a few spaces for our walking tour of the historical mile, beginning at the Simon's Town Museum and ending at Jubilee Square. We will be lead by two historians, Arne Soederland and Eric Mawhinney, both who have contributed to the research of the area and the historical information boards which you see around the area.

We will begin at the Simon's Town museum (please arrive early to explore the museum at your leisure). We will enjoy a guided walk along the historic square mile, and find out about the history of the navy base, and the cultural history of the people in Simon's Town
