The Save our Berea facebook page was created by a group of activists who have come together to form Save Our Berea Working Committee (SOBWC), specifically to protest against eThekwini's lack of by-law enforcement and serial neglect of our once beautiful Berea. We hope to make a positive difference by agitating and lobbying for improvement and change – specifically by turning around the ‘broken window’ syndrome blighting our suburbs.
