The owner’s Mischa Property Investments (Pty) Limited, intend to demolish the existing structures on Erf 1303 Houghton Estate at 11 4th Street, Houghton Estate. Thereafter, they intend to build three new contemporary homes for separate family members.

In order to undertake this demolition, they are required to submit an application for a Section 34 permit from the Provincial Heritage Resources Authority Gauteng.
