In terms of its constitution, the Norwood/Orchards Residents Association (NORA) is intended to promote and protect the interests of ratepayers, residents, occupiers or licensed traders occupying premises within the suburbs of Cheltondale, Fellside, Forbesdale, Gardens, Norwood, Orchards, Victoria “and suburbs adjacent thereto not already served by an existing ratepayers/residents association”. In terms of this, over time the residents of Fairwood and Oaklands have also been embraced by NORA.
