A Public Notice is hereby published in terms of Sections 26 and 38 of the National Heritage Resources Act (NHRA) (No 25 of 1999) of intent to expand the parking area at Relish Bistro Restaurant situated in the Springbok Park (Erf 628) Hatfield Township, Pretoria. Springbok Park is a Provincial Heritage Site (ranked Grade 3 in terms of the NHRA) measuring approx. 3.75ha (37500m²) and is planted with indigenous flora. However the area that will be affected is 2630m² in extent located at the southeast corner of the property. Any interested or affected person in respect of the proposed development is hereby required to make the same known in writing to the emails given below or by telephone to the undersigned within thirty (30) days from the date of publication hereof, after which the period of notice will lapse.
