The City of Johannesburg plans to upgrade the Inner City Managed Lanes on Eloff Street between Anderson Street and Plein Street to improve local economic development. In addition, a Heritage Impact Assessment (HIA) Report was developed in terms of the National Heritage Resources Act (Act No. 25 of 1999).
A 30-Day Review Period will take place from 30 October 2017 – 28 November 2017 whereby all parties are encouraged review the HIA and to raise any concerns they may have regarding the heritage permit application for the Inner City Managed Lanes, Eloff Street, Johannesburg. The HIA will be placed at the following venues for the 30-Day Review Period.

A Public Meeting will be held on 02 November 2017 at 18H00 at the Councillor Offices (Cnr Loveday St. & Lilian Ngoyi St. CJ Cronje Building 7th Floor) to present the project and provide the public with an opportunity to engage with the project team.
