The owner, D-KON PROP (PTY) LTD, commenced with the demolition of structures on Erf 652, Menlo Park (83 22nd Street), without the necessary permit from the Provincial Heritage Resources Authority of Gauteng (PHRAG), the said owner now wishes to apply in retrospect for approval of the demolition from the above authority.
