Our client Stellaluna Properties (Pty) Limited, intends to alter their house and staff quarters at Erf 998 Houghton Estate. The house windows are to be replaced as the current windows are rotten, and the staff quarters is to be adjusted into a more liveable facility with two units as a double storey entity, both with studio kitchenette living spaces for the occupants.

Because their property is older than 60 years, they are required to submit an application for a Section 34 permit from the Provincial Heritage Resources Authority Gauteng.
