Gerhard Gerber from DEA&DP and Jenna Lavin from HWC will be making a presentation, followed by an open discussion forum. This workshop is especially aimed at Heritage Practitioners and EAPs who are involved in the preparation and submission of HIA’s prepared in terms of section 38(8) of the NHRA (i.e. where an environmental authorisation in terms of NEMA or other environmental legislation is required).
