A Draft Heritage Impact Assessment Report was compiled for the areas Brixton, Hurst Hill and sections of Rossmore, Auckland Park, Crosby and Mayfair West where the City of Johannesburg wishes to implement the Corridors of Freedom Strategic Area Framework which will involve the upgrade of social facilities, amendments to height zones, transport related upgrades & mixed-use zoning amendments.

All interested and affected parties are invited to a public participation meeting on Thursday 9th of June at 6pm at Brixton Recreation Centre, 67 Caroline Street, Brixton
