This once in a life time trip with two heritage steam locomotives should not be missed and we only have space for 40 couples or 80 passengers sharing, due to limited accommodation in Swellendam where we have booked out the hotel. The train will depart Friday 11 March from Ceres Golf Estate and will stop in Swellendam where we will overnight at the Swellengrebel Hotel with buffet dinner and breakfast. On Saturday morning we will depart for Mosselbay and on arrival will go to Voorbaai to inspect Bailey 1412. The train will move to Hartenbos where we will overnight. Sunday morning will see us depart with a double header 3321 and 1412 for the return trip. The train will overnight in Swellendam with us again enjoying the hospitaly of Swellengrebel hotel. Monday morning the 14th will see us departing from Swellendam for our last day as we travel to Ceres Golf Estate. This four day trip will cost R4500 per person sharing and it includes 3 nights accommodation with dinner and breakfast. Lunch and drinks is for your own account.
