West Rand Heritage Consultants, being the authorized agent for the owners hereby give notice that they intend to conduct a heritage scoping assessment of Erf 60 and Portion 1 of Erf 121 in terms of Section 38 of the National Heritage Resources Act, No. 25 of 1999, and to apply to the Gauteng Provincial Heritage Resources Authority for a permit in terms of Section 34(1) of the same act for the demolition of buildings on the site.
