The owners, Jellicoe Development (Pty) Ltd, intend to demolish the existing structures which are more than 60 years old. The erf 1/34, Rosebank is situated at 29 Jellicoe Street, Rosebank, Johannesburg. The structure is in a zone earmarked for densification and it is intended to construct mixed-use building with commercial and residential components.
