West Rand Heritage Consultants, being the authorized agent for the owners hereby give notice that they intend to conduct a Heritage Impact Assessment of Erven 219, 220, 227 and Ptn 1 of Erf 1163 Monument, Krugersdorp, in terms of Section 38 the National Heritage Resources Act, No. 25 of 1999, and to apply to the Gauteng Provincial Heritage Resources Authority for a permit in terms of Section 34(1) of the same act for the demolition of buildings on the site.
