The South African Heritage Resources Agency (SAHRA) invites public comment (written submission or comments) on the draft Gazetted Regulations on the Restitution of Heritage Objects (download available below this notice), by the Minister of Arts and Culture in terms of section 41 of the National Heritage Resources Act 25 of 1999 within 60 days of the publication of the notice in the Government Gazette Notice.
