The world famous and highly successful Artist Proof Studio is seeking new premises. They have outgrown the bus factory in Newtown, but would like to remain in the inner city area. This is a great opportunity to let a “unused or unusual space” to a great tenant who makes a significant social, economic and artistic impact.
