The Midgley's Hotel dates back to 1858 when it was built by the Midgley family and has continued to operate as an hotel ever since. It has been carefully renovated while still retaining its Old World charm and high-ceilinged spaciousness with solid wood furniture and fittings. It offers 24 bedrooms, three of which are family units. Each room has an en-suite of either a bath or shower or both. The dining room is large and airy and seats up to 60 people. There are two bars: a sports bar and a ladies bar with a fireplace. Conference and function facilities for up to 60 delegates. A charming courtyard is at the centre of the hotel.
This Grand Old Lady still has so much to offer - looking for the right person to continue the tradition of genuine country hospitality. The selling price includes all the furniture and fittings and is sold as an operating business. The price excludes VAT.
Asking price R6 500 000
