PHRAG staff are back in the office in a reduced capacity working through existing applications that were seen prior to lockdown. They are accepting new applications. These must be delivered to the reception of their building as there will be no public access to the building. Applications must be submitted in both hard copy and digital copy. They are looking at assessing applications remotely going forward but are still to confirm turnaround times etc.
