The owner, Stone Land Case 40, intends to demolish the existing residence on erf 4 Simba, (with street address 4 Ann Crescent, Strathavon/Simba) The owner intends developing a new residential complex, comprising six free-standing double storey-houses and a three-storey, eleven-unit apartment building in its place.
