NOTICE OF HIA (AIA) EXEMPTION APPLICATION AND NOTICE OF DEMOLITION OF REMAIDER OF PORTION 147 OF THE FARM ZUURFONTEIN NO: 33 –IR, ISANDO, KEMPTON PARK, GAUTENG PROVINCE IN TERMS OF SECTION 34 (1) OF THE NATIONAL HERITAGE RESOURCES ACT (ACT 25 OF 1999)

I, Khensani Maluleke being the authorized agent of the owner of Remainder of Portion 147 of the Farm Zuurfontein hereby give notice in terms of Section 38 of the National Heritage Resources Act No. 25 of 1999 that I have on behalf of the owner applied for HIA exemption to GAUTENG PROVINCIAL HERITAGE RESOURCES AUTHORITY (PHRA-G) FOLLOWING THE COMPLETION OF PHASE 1 HIA STUDY AND ALSO GIVE NOTICE FOR DEMOLITION OF THE ONLY EXISTING STRUCTURE ON SITE.
