West Rand Heritage Consultants, being the authorized agent for the owners hereby give notice that they intend to conduct a heritage impact assessment of Erf 442, Victory Park Ext 32 and in terms of Section 38 of the National Heritage Resources Act, No. 25 of 1999, and to apply to the Gauteng Provincial Heritage Resources Authority for a permit in terms of Section 34(1) of the same act for the demolition of identified buildings on the site.
