The Border Historical Society has arranged a day-tour of some of these mission sites. The proposed itinerary will include an early start from East London (via the Draaibosch Memorial) to Emgwali Mission station, on through Bolo and Gaikaford to Mbulu / Paterson out-station and then on to Upper Xolobe to try and locate Chistina Forsyth's mission church. The tour will be led by Dr Hutchison.

• Saturday 27 August 2022 Departing at 06:00 to return by 17:00
• Anyone interested is welcome to attend.
• Vehicles can be shared and if so fuel costs will be similarly shared.
