West Rand Heritage Consultants, being the consultants for the owners hereby give notice that they intend to conduct a heritage impact assessment in terms of Section 38 of the National Heritage Resources Act, No. 25 of 1999 of Erven 360 to 373 situated at the corner of Mooi and Durban Streets, Johannesburg, and to apply to the Gauteng Provincial Heritage Resources Authority for a permit in terms of Section 34(1) of the same act for the demolition of the buildings on the site.

Any interested or affected party is invited to register their interest at West Rand Heritage Consultants.
