The owner, Eruditi PTY Ltd, plans to demolish the existing structures at 1246 Park Street (Remainder of Erf 326), Hatfield, Pretoria, City of Tshwane. In terms of Section 34 (1) of the National Heritage Resources Act, Act 25 of 1999, an application for the above must be submitted to the Provincial Heritage Resources Authority of Gauteng (PHRA-G).
