The owner, Hacar Props 140cc, demolished the structures on Erf 976 (429 Atterbury Road, Menlo Park) without the necessary permit from the Provincial Heritage Authority of Gauteng (PHRAG), the said owner now wishes to apply in retrospect for approval of the demolition from the above authority.
