• 04:00 Night Ride MTB Cyclists start arriving at VAL
• 06:30 Train departs from Standerton Station
• 06:30 Breakfast is ready! (Villiers School)
• 07:10 Train and bus from Standerton arrive at VAL
• 08:00 Bus departs from Military History Museum Saxonwold, Johannesburg
• 09:00 MC: Joe Payne. Welcome address: David Scholtz from the Military History Society. Stalls ready for business
• 09:15 Street Parade followed by Prize giving: Best dressed Boer and Brit
• 10:00 Convoy departs for the re-enactment of the Whisky Train Incident
• 11:30 
Lunch is served!
• 13:00 Storyteller Tiaan Schutte
• 13:45 Guest speaker from the Military History Society
