Constitution Hill Development Company seeks to appoint an Exhibitions and Collections Coordinator
Primary Purpose:
- To coordinate the implementation of departmental plan relating to permanent exhibitions and archives in order to achieve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- To contribute to the successful delivery of Constitution Hill's Permanent Exhibitions and Archives Programme by project managing specific exhibitions and archives, from inception to conclusion, ensuring the smooth running of all exhibition logistics and adherence to defined budgets.
Key Accountabilities:
- Accountable for Sub Divisions function & processes
- Accountable for own job
- Accountable as a team member
- Full strategic accountability for major functions, processes or business units
- Accountable for volume and quality
Qualification and Experience: Minimum:
- Relevant qualification
- And at least 3 years’ experience in similar or relevant environment
- Experience in working with collections, permanent exhibitions management and archival collection
- Computer literacy
