Home to actors, doctors, politicians, musicians and poets, the suburbs of Killarney and Riviera are rich with heritage. Movie mogul Isidore Schlesinger founded his film studio here, and drawn by the glamour, an array of fashionable apartment buildings were developed for the rand’s jetsetters.

We’ll walk amongst these architecturally notable buildings, talk about their architects and some of their famous residents. We’ll also pay a visit to the award-winning Oxford Shul and have a look at the glamorous art deco foyer of Gleneagles.
