The City of Johannesburg wishes to implement the Noordgesig Social Cluster & Precinct Plan which will involve the development & upgrade of social facilities, intensification of land use, transport related upgrades, public environment upgrades, ecological & recreation upgrades, green infrastructure & the conservation & promotion of heritage resources.
