ARRA, on your behalf, is promoting the interests of all residents and ratepayers in the Arcadia area by: (i) co-ordinating activities on behalf of residents; (ii) informing/updating residents of developments in the area; and (iii) representing residents at Municipal level. The area that the Association covers stretches from the top of Eastwood Street in the north, to Park Street in the south and from Wessels Street in the west to Festival Street in the east.
