The owner, 3BM Engineering Proprietary Limited, plans to demolish the existing structures (older than 60 years) at 417 Anderson Street (Erf 268), Menlo Park, Pretoria, City of Tshwane. In terms of Section 34 of the National Heritage Resources Act, Act 25 of 1999, an application for the above must be submitted to the Provincial Heritage Resources Authority of Gauteng (PHRA-G).
