I have made a study of South Africa's gold mine surface transport systems for the last 50+ years and have photographed them and related infrastructure during this time. Is there anyone I can contact in connection with this work? I am happy to share information with anyone who has a similar interest.

I am a 'retired' photographer and author of several books. Before I left Johannesburg in 1988, the Chamber of Mines and the Brenthurst Library was going to sponsor a book but it was never published.

I still have all the photographs, maps and related information and would like to see it put to good use.
