Join Muizenberg Historical Conservation Society in celebrating Muizenberg’s unique heritage in September, Heritage Month! 

• On Saturday 1 September Tony Rozemeyer presents a history of the railway stations of the Southern Line, including Muizenberg’s own imposing station building. 
• On Saturday 14 September Chris Taylor leads us on a walking tour exploring the Battle of Muizenberg, and how it changed the Cape forever. 
• On Saturday 21 September, explore our village’s literary heritage at Rhodes Cottage, where Muizenberg authors will be on hand to speak about their books and inspiration, and to sign copies. The day will culminate with the Antique Maps Roadshow, where members of the public will be invited to have their antique maps valued by renowned map expert Roger Stewart. 
• On Sunday 22 September Brett McDougall leads a walking tour exploring Muizenberg’s unique architectural heritage.
