The site is located adjacent to Johannesburg Park Station, City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality in the province of Gauteng (see image below). Site is bordered by Sophie de Bruyne Street, De Villiers Street and Rissik Street. The total land area of the site is 15 027 sqm. The parcel comprises of erf 1816 to 1841 and Rem of erf 4372.
