The owner, Phillipus Jacobus Wilhelmus Schutte, plans to demolish the existing structures at 397 Glynn Street (Portion 1 of Erf 326), Hatfield, Pretoria, City of Tshwane. In terms of Section 34 (1) of the National Heritage Resources Act, Act 25 of 1999, an application for the above must be submitted to the Provincial Heritage Resources Authority of Gauteng (PHRA-G).
