The City of Johannesburg wishes to implement the Noordgesig Social Cluster & Precinct Plan which will involve the development & upgrade of social facilities, intensification of land use, transport related upgrades, public environment upgrades, ecological & recreation upgrades, green infrastructure & the conservation & promotion of heritage resources. To this end a draft Heritage Impact Assessment & Conservation Management Plan has been prepared. Any interested or affected party who wishes to comment on this is invited to do so in writing to the
